Central to this mission is the cultivation of a skilled and passionate community of calligraphy educators. Our Calligraphy Teacher Training Program (CTTP) is a cornerstone of this endeavor.

By equipping individuals with the pedagogical expertise and in- depth calligraphy knowledge, the CTTP directly contributes to TCF’s vision of widespread calligraphy education. Our aim is to create a network of highly qualified teachers who can inspire and nurture the next generation of calligraphers, ensuring the art form’s continued growth and appreciation.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

CTTP (Calligraphy Teacher Training Program) is designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills, knowledge, and pedagogical expertise to teach calligraphy effectively to students aged 8 to 16 years. This program will cover:

• Art History and Theory: Understanding the historical and cultural context of calligraphy.
• Calligraphy Techniques: Deepening proficiency in various calligraphy styles and scripts.
• Pedagogical Skills: Learning effective teaching methodologies, classroom management, and curriculum development.
• Business and Marketing: Developing skills in promoting calligraphy and building a teaching career.
